Selected work

01 · Photography portfolio and print commerce

Victoria Smith Photography

Victoria Smith Photography project artwork

The brief

A large photographic catalogue on a template host was slow to run and soul-destroying to update — one product at a time, built for clerks not makers.

The result

An owned site and admin with batch upload and print commerce, so the photographer can publish work instead of fighting the CMS. Same foundation later carried her Coldplay book site.

02 · Book and photography campaign

Coldplay One Lens

25 Years of Photographs by Victoria Smith

Coldplay One Lens project artwork

The brief

Victoria Smith’s Coldplay photography book needed a launch equal to the work — not a product listing on a generic shop page.

The result

A dedicated site for the book, photography, film, and purchase paths, with prints and direct audience response in the same world.

03 · Oral history and family archive

Evergreen Family Stories

Evergreen Family Stories project artwork

The brief

Build a platform for families and friends within the Chinese Diaspora, here in the USA to record and memorialize oral history, where the storyteller retains ownership and control of their story. Build the platform on AWS.

The result

A production oral-history platform built from the ground up: browser interview recording, upload and media processing, diarized transcripts, storyteller ownership and control (releases, visibility, approval), family and friends sharing, family tree, and full admin operations — on AWS.

04 · Independent fashion marketplace

Fife Shop

Fife Shop project artwork

The brief

Independent labels needed a shared marketplace without being forced into one identical storefront or one way of selling.

The result

A digital mall of distinctive shops — discovery, gifting, orders, seller tools, and physical-shop links under one roof.

05 · Film production, weekly live broadcast, and archive · 2020–2023

Milkyway Fiasco Series

Milkyway Fiasco Series project artwork

The brief

Every Friday needed a complete show — made, broadcast live, and kept — without disappearing into a rented streaming platform.

The result

Three years of original Friday-night broadcasts, now a searchable public archive of video, audio, and playlists.
